Receive it from Zone of Forest Owls. He is on the White SeeD ship on Disc 3. You must have the "Girl Next Door" Magazine
that you find at Timber Maniacs in Timber in your inventory before he will give you this card. You have to give the magazine
to him for free.

Defeat Ifrit in the Fire Cavern

Defeat GF Odin at the Centra Ruins Tower (see GFs
section of page)
Pandemona
Challenge Balamb Hotel's Owner to a card game who is standing in street outside
of the hotel. Can only be done after Galbadia's invasion of Balamb is over.
Cerberus
While at Galbadia Garden
in Disc 2 the second time, beat Cerebrus in the central hall
Alexander
Challenge Piet, the lead technician
at Lunar Base on Disc 3. You can also challenge him later in the Escape Pod south of Tears' Point
Phoenix
Take
part in the Queen of Cards Side Quest. The Presidential Aide in the Presidential Palace has this card. He is in the room you
first visit on your initial visit to Esthar.
Bahamut
Locate the Deep Sea Research Center in the bottom left
of the world map using the Ragnarok (see GF section). Beat Bahamut to get his card.
Doomtrain
Participate
in the Queen of Cards Side Quest. The Pub's owner in the back will have this card in his deck once you complete the necessary
requirements
Eden
Defeat Bahamut in the Deep Sea Research Center (see GF section) and go into the lower levels
of the facility and solve the steam puzzle and beat Ultima Weapon to receive the card
Level 10
Ward
Challenge Dr. Odine in Esthar to a game or cards and win it from
him (Disc 3).
Kiros- Only available after you have completed some of the Queen of Cards Quest). A man dressed
in black standing across the street from the shops in Deling City's shopping area has this card.
Laguna
Ellone
has this card. You must get it on the Lunar Base or Queen Of Cards on Disc 4
Selphie
Selphie's friend
near the gargoyle statue in Trabia Garden has this card, play her after your first visit to the Garden.
Quistis
Win it from any of the "Trepies" in Balamb Garden. They are the 2 girls in the second floor classroom, and the daydreaming
guy in the cafeteria.
Irvine
Complete some of the Queen of Cards Side Quest. Flo, Mayor Dobe's wife (Fisherman's
Horizon) has the card. Beat her in the mayor's house
Zell
Visit Zell's mother in Balamb with Zell in your
party. Beat her in cards
Rinoa
Lose your Ifrit card intentionally to Rinoa's Father at his mansion. Then
he will play with the Rinoa Card. Beat him for it. You can win the Ifrit card back from a man in FH sitting outside the mayor's
house.
Edea
Challenge Edea at her home on Disc 3
Seifer
Beat Cid on Disc 1 before first
mission or on Disc 3 at Edea's house
Squall
Beat Laguna in cards on Disc 3 when everyone is on the Ragnarok
or in Esthar
